Purchasing
Some artworks can be paid for online, though you may prefer to be invoiced and pay via BACS. Either way the aim is to make it as seamless as possible - please reach out if you have any questions.
Online via Website: Proceed through the secure online checkout system and pay with a debit or credit card. You will be prompted to select the relevant shipping option or select free collection.
Invoice: If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me via email and I will issue an invoice. Once payment is made your artwork will be shipped. Artworks will be reserved until payment is made.
Shipping
So that you know exactly what you’ll pay, all UK shipping costs are capped according to the size of the work.
If you purchase your artwork through the online checkout then you will be prompted to select the correct shipping option. If you are unsure about which option to select, or you would like a bespoke quote then please get in touch first.
UK Shipping Costs
Small Artworks: UK Courier Shipping (FedEx/Royal Mail or similar) £30
Medium Artworks: UK Shipping £50
Large Artworks : UK Art Handler £100
In person collection from my UK studio: FREE
To ensure safe delivery of large paintings I only use a specialist art shipping agents. This is a door-to-door service by experts. Once your order is confirmed I’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date.
If you are considering purchasing more than one artwork then please get in touch and I will provide a quote for shipping all items together, rather than paying shipping on each individual item.
Whichever method you choose, the aim is always to provide an excellent service. I am available to answer any questions you might have before, during and after you decide to purchase an artwork. I will keep in touch throughout the shipping process until the artwork has arrived safely in your hands.
Artworks will be shipping within 14 days of receipt of payment, often this is much sooner.
Overseas Shipping (outside of mainland UK)
All overseas shipping is calculated on an individual basis. I am happy to hold a work while I source quotes.
Any international import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in the shipping price or purchase invoice.
Import taxes are determined by individual countries and vary accordingly. Once your purchase arrives at your countries boarder control, you may be contacted by customs with an import tax invoice which you will need to pay in order to have the work delivered.
I am happy to reserve a work for 24 hours should you wish to enquire about your countries import duties before proceeding with a purchase.
Returns and Refunds
I offer a no-quibble returns policy on my artwork.
I am confident you will be delighted with your painting, however, If you change your mind about your purchase returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please get in touch first if you are considering returning an artwork.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, using professional packaging. Refunds exclude the cost of return shipping. Please email first if you are returning an artwork and I will confirm the process.
If a work arrives to you damaged then please contact me straight away. I will ask for photos and/or video of the damaged piece. I will then arrange the return of the work with you and proceed with a refund once the item is returned.
Holding Work
Work can be held for a period of time after purchase, for example, if you are moving house and wish to wait until you have moved before the work is shipped, or you are having interior work done on your home. Please let me know when you would like to have your work delivered and I can hold the work at the studio for an agreed time.
