In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances you’ll be offered a full refund. I cannot cover additional expenses such as travel or accommodation costs, except where required by law.
I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient bookings or other reasonable operational reasons. If a workshop is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund of their booking fee. There is no obligation on my part to reschedule or offer the workshop on an alternative date. However, I may be able to offer an alternative date if viable.
Materials & Equipment
Please check the workshop description for details of materials provided and anything you need to bring.
Materials and equipment are used at your own risk.
Workshops are held in my studio which is a working space - there will be wet paint, art equipment and various materials in the space - Please dress appropriately for a studio setting.
Participants are responsible for the safety and care of themselves and their property - I am not liable for damage to personal property while in the studio, carpark or on-site.
Health and Safety
Participants are asked to follow studio health and safety guidance and use materials and equipment responsibly.
Please be careful and responsible while inside the studio. I reserve the right to ask anyone to leave if I feel they are not acting responsibly and no refund will be given.
Please let me know in advance if you have any accessibility requirements so that we can discuss suitable arrangements. The studio is in a farm complex, so might not be suitable for everyone - please get in touch before booking if you have any questions about access or facilities.
The Studio
My studio is part of a farm complex called Sugar Hill Farm - my studio opens directly onto a pavement and carpark area. It is on semi-rural agricultural land.
Toilet facilities are located outside of the studio, accessed by walking down a path - they’re basic, but clean. Unfortunately, they are not wheelchair accessible.
Parking is free on-site, and shared by all the businesses, therefor it can’t be reserved. There is plenty of space for dropping off and picking people up.
Other businesses will be operating on site, and there is usually the general noise of activity, with cars and people coming and going.
Sugar Hill Farm is open seven days a week, if you wanted to have a look before you booked.
My studio is only open by appointment, so if you would like to visit before you decide to book a workshop please get in touch first.
