York Open Studios - 2026
My studio is open over the weekends of the 18th, 19th, and 25th, 26th April.
My studio will be prepped and ready to welcome both collectors and the curious to see my work close-up. I’ll be there to talk about the inspirations, ideas and stories behind the paintings as well as give insights into my process and studio practice.
New work on show
I’ll have recent painting from my Deep Among the Grasses series on show, as well as works on paper and monoprints. Most of the work will be availed to buy, and I’ll be available to advise about commissions, shipping and anything else that you can think of!
Plan your visit to my studio
My studio will be open between 10am and 5pm on both weekends. There will also be three other studios open on-site to visit during the festival.
My studio is set back in a private garden with a short walk across a grassed area, with a couple of internal steps up into my space. If you have any access issues I’d happy to advise, please just ask.
There is a small car park on site, as well as plenty of free on-street parking down in the village. Holtby is located 5 miles east of York, so it’s easy to combine a studio visit with a visit to the city centre.
